Clients are seated fully clothed on the machine. 

A special magnetic field is generated by a pulse of current inside the electromagnetic mechanism which triggers the motor nerve system of the body. It stimulates strong muscle contractions to the pelvic floor above the level possible through Kegels and physiotherapy alone whilst also helping to boost circulation.
