Due to the perishable nature of our products, including NAD+ vials, all sales are final once shipped. We can only accept returns or offer refunds in the case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items upon delivery.
In line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (Regulation 28(1)(c)), products that are prone to rapid deterioration or expiration are excluded from return or cancellation rights.
Please note that we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for reasons related to personal preferences or subjective experiences with the product (e.g., perceived effectiveness or personal opinions).
Please inspect your order promptly upon delivery. If you experience any of the following issues, you must notify us within 48 hours:
- The product is damaged
- The product is defective or not functioning properly
- You received the wrong item
- Your order is missing items
To report an issue, email orders@wildjasmineretreat.com with the following:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the problem
- Photographic evidence showing the outer packaging, the product, and the shipping label
Please note: Claims submitted after the 48-hour window may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
Refunds will be issued only under the following conditions:
- The product is reported as defective, damaged, incomplete, or incorrect within the specified timeframe
- Your refund request is approved in writing by our team
Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. This includes any applicable postage costs if the issue is on our part.
We will only replace items that are defective or damaged upon delivery. If your claim is approved, a replacement will be sent to you at no extra cost.
